This egg type ranges in size from 5" to 7" and is associated with oviraptor. The following photo from "The Fossils of China" (ISBN 7-03-009288-0) shows a complete Oviraptor nest. The female possessed two oviducts and laid two eggs simultaneously in a spiral pattern. In this manner, there were up to three layers of eggs in a circular arrangement.
