How Can We Say that 9,000 Customers are Coming to Our Show?

Our growth strategy is to always have the lowest cost tent / table space of any show in Denver, while supporting you with the largest advertising budget of any show in America. It is important to understand that this will be the largest show in Denver starting the very first year. We have contracted for 47 outdoor billboards that will blanket the Denver metro area for five weeks before and during the show. Each adult will see them an average of 16.3 times during the run. We will also have 40 Denver metro buses with our colorful ad on their tails, which will be seen by 25% of the Denver population every week day. We very conservatively estimate a low of 2/10th of 1% (2 in a thousand) of the public seeing these bulletins to come to the show, which will be 5,000 new customers. These are Denverites who have never before been reached by the advertising of any previous show. Let’s call these customers “newbies”.

Further, our largest billboard (14x48) will be placed near the Merchandise Mart at the intersection of Broadway and 58th Ave -- which is along the way to the Quality Inn & Holiday Inn shows. In addition, a trailer-mounted 8x40 billboard will be parked directly across the street from the Merchandise Mart entrance and two smaller billboards will bracket both sides of the Quality Inn & Holiday Inn shows. Those billboards and our multi-page advertising in the Denver EZ-Guide will ensure that our message is visible to all 6,000 “experienced” buyers visiting any of the five existing Denver shows. Conservatively, we expect 66% of these experienced buyers to also visit the coliseum. So between the 5,000 newbies and the 4,000 experienced buyers, we arrive at our conservative estimate of 9,000 visitors to the Coliseum Show. What would happen if 9,000 customers showed up and you weren’t there?

See you in Denver!

Warm wishes,
